This form may be used to submit a request to exercise your rights under California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”). This form should be completed by either the Data Subject (person with relationship with WCC) or an Authorized Agent of the Data Subject as defined under the CPRA.

If you do not provide us with all of the requested information, we will not be able to process your request and will take no further action.
