Cultivar-Specific FAQ's

What are your gummies made with?

Our cultivar-specific gummies are made with high-quality, handcrafted, full-melt live ice water hash that is extracted from specific cultivars. This hash is decarboxylated using a low and slow method to preserve the natural terpenes in their purest form, allowing the terpenes to shine through in each gummy. We take pride in using only the best ingredients to create our gummies, which are vegan-friendly, full-spectrum, and released in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. These gummies are a unique and authentic expression of the cannabis plant, paying tribute to the legacy farmers in the Emerald Triangle who have perfected their craft over generations.

What does cultivar-specific mean?

Each cannabis strain or cultivar has its own distinct flavor, aroma, and effects, which are determined by the plant’s genetics, growing conditions, and environmental factors. Using a cultivar-specific approach, we craft gummies that capture the essence of each strain, showcasing its natural terpene profile and delivering a uniquely “specific” experience to our customers. This allows individuals to choose gummies that match their preferences and desired effects, while also providing a deeper appreciation for the diverse and complex nature of the cannabis plant.

What are terpenes?

Terpenes are a class of organic compounds found in many plants, such as fruits and herbs. They are responsible for giving plants their characteristics such as aroma and flavor. Terpenes are also found in abundance in cannabis plants, and each individual cultivar has a unique terpene profile giving it its own distinct aroma and overall effects. By preserving the natural terpenes in our gummies, we aim to provide a more authentic and nuanced experience that showcases the diverse and complex nature of the cannabis plant.

What is full-melt live ice water hash?

Full-melt refers to the quality of the hash in terms of cleanliness, melting without residue, and the richness of the cannabinoid and terpene profile the hash contains. After the frozen plant material has been thoroughly soaked and agitated in an ice water bath to break off the trichome heads, the mix is then poured through a series of bubble hash wash bags of various micron sizes. The trichomes collected within the 70, 90, 120 micron (μm) bags are of the highest oil and terpene content, which is considered the “best of the batch” and is primarily reserved for dabbing. We use the same full-melt dabbable hash in our cultivar-specific solventless gummies so that our fans can have a smoke-free option to enjoy the ultimate expression of the incredible terpene profile found in freshly harvested cannabis flowers.

Why would I want solventless gummies?

When it comes to cannabis gummies, solventless reigns supreme as the best option for those seeking a clean & holistic experience. Most gummies on the market today are made with distillate or live resin which is produced using chemical extraction processes. We chose to make our gummies with solventless hash as the mechanical separation process preserves the power of the plant’s natural terpenes and cannabinoids in an unadulterated form. This is why our gummies give you a multidimensional experience, instead of the undesirable one-dimensional high from the distillate gummies.

How do I store solventless gummies?

Our containers are double-sealed to maintain freshness during use. To ensure that our solventless gummies retain their quality and potency, we recommend storing them in a refrigerator, or, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, as exposure to heat and light can degrade the cannabinoids and terpenes in the product. If stored properly, our gummies can maintain their freshness and quality for an extended period of time for a consistent and reliable experience. Lastly, keeping the gummies out of reach of children and pets is important to prevent accidental ingestion.
