CUREbar FLIP BUDTENDER SPRINT OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO ENTRY FEE REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR
RESTRICTED BY LAW. Participation in this contest (the “Contest”) constitutes your agreement to be
bound by these Official Rules. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
ELIGIBILITY: For budtenders to be eligible to participate in the Contest, all of the following must be
completed:
The budtender must be 21 or older and work as an employee designated as a budtender at a
licensed cannabis retailer in the State of California (a “Retailer”) during the Contest Period.
Only eligible budtenders at the following Retailers will be eligible for entry:
If the Retailer is part of a group (i.e., more than one location), the first two Retailer
groups who order and pay for at least 1,000 units of the CUREbar Flip during the Contest
Period (“Retail Groups”).
If the Retailer is not part of a group (i.e., single location), the first two Retailer stores who
order and pay for at least 400 units of the CUREbar Flip during the Contest Period
(“Single Location Retailers”).
- The budtender must be 21 or older and work as an employee designated as a budtender at a
licensed cannabis retailer in the State of California (a “Retailer”) during the Contest Period. - Only eligible budtenders at the following Retailers will be eligible for entry:
- If the Retailer is part of a group (i.e., more than one location), the first two Retailer
groups who order and pay for at least 1,000 units of the CUREbar Flip during the Contest
Period (“Retail Groups”). - If the Retailer is not part of a group (i.e., single location), the first two Retailer stores who
order and pay for at least 400 units of the CUREbar Flip during the Contest Period
(“Single Location Retailers”).
- If the Retailer is part of a group (i.e., more than one location), the first two Retailer
- Only legal sales of official CUREbar Flip units by the budtender at a location of the Retailer that
qualifies for the Contest during the Contest Period will be counted. - Retailers must submit accurate and complete sales data for all sales (broken out by budtender) by
5:00 p.m. PT on July 1, 2026.
Persons who on or after the start date of the Contest were or are employees of Trilli, LLC (“Sponsor”), its
parent company or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or employee staffing companies, or any of their
advertising or promotion agencies (collectively with Sponsor, “Contest Parties”), and members of their
immediately family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
CONTEST PERIOD. Only sales of official West Coast Cure
TM CUREbar Flip units at an eligible Retailer
Group or Single Location Retail during the period beginning on May 25, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific time
and ending June 30, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Pacific time (the “Contest Period”) will be included in the Contest.
WINNER SELECTION: A total of four winners will be chosen: one from each of the two qualifying
Retailer Groups; and one from each of the two qualifying Single Location Retailers. Winners of cash
prizes will be selected by Sponsor based on sales of official West Coast Cure
TM CUREbar Flip units at
qualifying Retailer locations during the Contest Period. All sales will be finally determined by Sponsor
based on sales records that are timely submitted by the Retailer to Sponsor. Sales records submitted after
5:00 p.m. Pacific time on July 2, 2026 may be excluded by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to verify
all sales results, and to disqualify any budtender or sales results that Sponsor determines for any reason
are not valid. Retailers must submit all sales information (broken out by budtender) for all qualifying
locations in a format required by Sponsor. Failure to include any sales information requested by Sponsor
or a late submission may result in Sponsor not including the applicable sales information. The decisions
of Sponsor shall be final and binding.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONDITIONS: The potential winners will be notified on or before July
10, 2026, through the applicable Retailers using the Retailer contact information on file with Sponsor. The
potential winners will have forty-eight (48) hours from the date notifications are sent by Sponsor to claim
the prize. Once confirmed by Sponsor, the winners will be asked to provide an address and e-mail for
Sponsor to provide the winners with instructions on how to claim the prize, including completing and
returning all required forms, all of which must be completely filled out, signed and returned within
forty-eight (48) hours or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time
period or to timely complete and return the required forms will result in forfeiture of the prize and
Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner or to use the prize for any other
purpose in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive
notification for any reason, including a failure by a Retailer to notify an employee who may be a winner.
The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Sponsor
may use the prize for any other purpose. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the
sole responsibility of the prize winners. The winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of
any prize. By being eligible for the Contest, each Retailer and budtender accepts and agrees to these
Official Rules and to abide by the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all matters.
The Sponsor has sole discretion to make all determinations regarding the Contest, including without
limitation interpreting and applying these Official Rules.
PRIZES; WINNERS; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
A total of four (4) winners of prizes as follows:
Retailer Groups:
The budtenders certified by Sponsor as the top sellers of official West Coast Cure
TM CUREbar Flip units
at each of the two Retailer Groups during the Contest Period will each win $250.
Single Location Retailers:
The budtenders certified by Sponsor as the top sellers of official West Coast Cure
TM CUREbar Flip units
at each of the two Single Location Retailers during the Contest Period will each win $250.
The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners must collect all prizes on or before July 10,
2026, or they forfeit all prizes.
Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted by the winners.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By being eligible for the Contest, each Retailer and budtender waives all
right to, and holds each of the Contest Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including
punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or
in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. None of the
Contest Parties will be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect sales data; a winner’s failure to
receive prize notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of
incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, software, or platform
malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete,
garbled, or delayed electronic communications; by any human error which may occur in the processing of
the entries or sales information in the Contest; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the
publishing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Sponsor’s sole
opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the
Contest, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Contest,
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Contest in a manner deemed
appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of termination of the Contest, winners will be selected from among
all eligible entries received for the Contest as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the
identity of a potentially winning budtender, Sponsor will determine the winner at its sole discretion.
PRIVACY; USE OF INFORMATION: In connection with the entry process for the Contest, Sponsor will
be collecting personal data about Retailers and budtenders. Any personal information supplied by
Retailers or budtenders will be subject to the privacy policy of West Coast Cure
TM posted on its website
https://wcc.com/privacy-policy/. By being eligible for the Contest, each Retailer and budtender authorizes
each Contest Party to contact them about West Coast Cure
TM products and the promotion and sale thereof.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Each Retailer and budtender agrees that all matters arising out of or
relating to the Contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Each
Retailer and budtender, and Sponsor further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of
or relating to the Contest, and these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without any class actions
or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, and shall be
brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Orange County, California.
WINNERS LIST: For the names of the prize winners, available within ten (10) days of the date winners
are determined, send an e-mail requesting the names to customerservice@wcc.com.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules in any way and at any time. If Sponsor makes
material changes to these Official Rules, we will provide entrants with reasonable notice.
