CUREbar FLIP BUDTENDER TRAINING RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO ENTRY FEE REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Participation in this raf le (the “Raf le”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Of icial Rules. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

HOW TO ENTER: Eligible budtenders will receive one (1) raffle entry for completing ALL of the following: 

1. Watch the entire CUREbar Flip Training Video provided by West Coast Cure^TM. 2. Complete and submit the entry form before the entry deadline. 

ELIGIBILITY: Budtenders 21 or older employed by licensed California retailers that sell West Coast Cure^TM products who complete the entry requirements before the entry deadline are eligible to participate in the Raffle. Persons who on or after the start date of the Raffle Period were or are employees of Trilli, LLC, (“Sponsor”), its parent company or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or employee staffing companies, or any of their advertising or promotion agencies (collectively with Sponsor, “Raffle Parties”), and members of their immediately family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible. 

RAFFLE PERIOD. Eligible budtenders who complete all entry requirements during the period beginning on May 25, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ending June 30, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Raffle Period”) may participate in the Raffle. 

RAFFLE ENTRIES: Each eligible budtender who completes all entry requirements during the Raffle Period will receive one (1) raffle ticket. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all eligibility requirements are satisfied, and to disqualify any budtender that Sponsor determines for any reason is not eligible. 

DRAWING: There will be one (1) random drawing conducted by Sponsor after the Raffle Period expires to select the winners from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning the drawing will depend on the number of entries received for the drawing. 

PRIZES; WINNERS; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): The following prizes will be awarded. 

● First Prize: One (1) $500 Cash Prize 

● Second Prize: One (1) $300 Cash Prize 

● Third Prize: One (1) $200 Cash Prize 

● Fourth Prize: Twenty (20) mystery prizes with an ARV of up to $100 each 

Each Prize Winner will be randomly chosen from qualified entries. Only one prize per person will be awarded. If the winner of one drawing is initially selected as the winner of a subsequent drawing, that person will be disqualified from winning the subsequent drawing and another person will be randomly selected as the winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winners. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty

concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONDITIONS: The potential winners will be notified within three to seven business days after the drawing using the contact information provided by the participant. The potential winners will have seventy-two (72) hours from the date they are notified by Sponsor to claim the prize. Once confirmed by Sponsor, the winners will be asked to provide an address and e-mail for Sponsor to provide the winners with instructions on how to claim the prize, including completing and returning all required forms, all of which must be completely filled out, signed and returned within seventy-two (72) hours or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period or to timely complete and return any required forms will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor will have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner or to use the prize for any other purpose in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including a failure by a retailers to notify an employee who may be a winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Sponsor may use the prize for any other purpose. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By being eligible for the Raffle, each budtender accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and to abide by the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor has sole discretion to make all determinations regarding the Raffle, including without limitation interpreting and applying these Official Rules. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By being eligible for the Raffle, each budtender waives all right to, and holds each of the Raffle Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), expense (including attorneys’ fees) or other liability or obligation arising out of or in connection with the Raffle, participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. None of the Raffle Parties will be responsible for: a winner’s failure to receive prize notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, software, or platform malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries or sales information in the Raffle; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Raffle, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Raffle, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Raffle, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Raffle in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of termination of the Raffle, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received for the Raffle as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning budtender, Sponsor will determine the winner at its sole discretion. 

PRIVACY; USE OF INFORMATION: In connection with the entry process for the Raffle, Sponsor will be collecting personal data about budtenders. Any personal information supplied by budtenders will be subject to the Privacy Policy of West Coast Cure^TM posted on its website https://wcc.com/privacy-policy/. By being eligible for the Raffle, each budtender agrees to the West Coast Cure^TM Privacy Policy, including the Notice at Collection, and each authorizes each Raffle Party to contact them about West Coast Cure^TM products and the promotion and sale thereof. To opt-out of receiving these promotional offers, please refer to the West Coast Cure^TM Privacy Policy. 

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Each budtender agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to the Raffle and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Each budtender, and

Sponsor further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Raffle, and these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without any class actions or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, and shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Orange County, California. 

WINNERS LIST: For the names of the prize winners, available within ten (10) days of the date winners are determined, send an e-mail requesting the names to customerservice@wcc.com. 

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules in any way and at any time. If Sponsor makes material changes to these Official Rules, Sponsor will provide entrants with reasonable notice.
