My cart is clogged, what can I do?

Charge your battery: Ensure your battery is fully charged to properly heat the oil.

Gently pull: Try taking a soft, steady draw to create suction and clear the clog. If using the battery while doing this, avoid preheating the oil, as it may cause hot oil to pop back.

Use a safety pin: Carefully insert a clean pin into the mouthpiece to dislodge any hardened oil.

Warm water method: Place the cart in a sealed, waterproof bag and submerge it in warm water for a few minutes to help loosen the oil.

Hairdryer method: On a low heat setting, carefully warm the cartridge using a hairdryer to melt thick oil near the coil — do not overheat.
